This policy applies regardless of whether the duplicate account was created using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods.
mim303 conducts identity verification in accordance with internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Members may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified balances of real-money funds will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements, subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 4.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where practicable. mim303 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation if a third-party deposit is detected. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification procedures.

All accounts on mim303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mim303 does not conduct currency exchange. Members are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider if their account is linked to a foreign-currency bank account, though this scenario is not anticipated given the Indonesia-specific nature of supported payment methods.
mim303 operates in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform monitors all transactions for unusual patterns and reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal pending AML investigation. Where required by applicable law or the Platform's internal AML policy, mim303 may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by mim303 are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Section and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
